Precautions during handling

2. When hoisting or forklifting, the whole stack of plates must be stacked neatly to prevent the steel rope or forklift shovel from damaging the edge of the plate.
3, manual loading and unloading must pay attention to prevent debris between the plates, if not cleaned up in time, may make the plate fracturing or deformation, the plate should be piled on the flat ground or with a special wooden bracket at the bottom;
4, prohibit single handling, it is necessary for two workers to lift the calcium silicate board together in the width direction, separated hands as far as possible, lift the long side of the board, upright handling, to prevent excessive bending of the board;
5, thickness of less than 8mm in the handling of the plate, it is recommended that each two overlapping handling;

Processing method
