The basic board is class A fireproof high density reinforced calcium silicate board/fiber cement board.Through four  step in the surface:1.waterproof paint 2.coating-layer 3.Brushing greasy 4.gluing.After four step,caldding the film on the whole board(the material of the film can be PVC,cloth and other material）And then make the slotting on the long side of the board .
