1. The low-density asbestos-free fiber reinforced calcium silicate board has good fire resistance, thermal insulation, heat insulation and other properties, suitable for the fire protection of steel beams and steel columns, when the thickness is 15mm and 20mm, the fire resistance time of low-degree coated steel beams and steel columns can reach 3 hours according to relevant standards. The firewall of the fire protection zone of the steel structure building is double-layer 9mm thick with low-density board and 100mm light steel keel is installed, and the cavity is filled with 100kg/m3 rock wool for fire resistance up to 4 hours. Smoke wall can be constructed with 9mm thick single layer plate. The self-supporting smoke exhaust duct constructed of steel profiles with 2-hour fire resistance can be made of 12mm thick low-density board.
The fire-resistant lightweight ceiling of the steel structure building can be selected with a fire resistance time of 1 hour and 2 hours. The former selects a single layer of 12mm low-density board and the latter selects a double layer of 9mm thick board, and 100mm thick rock wool is placed in the back.
The fire door of the steel structure building and the fire door of the ship are made of low-density board.
In terms of architectural acoustics, the sound absorption and non-combustible properties of low-density boards have their own unique effects.
2. Medium density asbestos-free fiber reinforced calcium silicate board, with its non-combustible, good strength, water resistance, heat preservation, heat insulation, sound insulation characteristics and used for steel structure building, branch wall, branch wall; MDF of different thickness is used to make the cladding of light steel keel wall, and rock wool filling in the middle can achieve satisfactory sound insulation effect, and also can meet the fire resistance requirement of 1 or 2 hours. 6mm, 9mm thick MDF can be used for ceiling. 20mm, 24mm thick MDF is used for steel structure building interlayer floor panel, high-rise curtain wall interlayer fire prevention structure can choose 9mm board.
Medium density special board with water resistance and waterproof function can be used in wet kitchen areas.
According to the requirements of architectural acoustic design, MDF can be processed with different perforation rates, and can be applied to sound absorbing walls and suspended ceilings, and its non-combustible characteristics are better than other combustible acoustic materials.
In the production process, the medium-density plate surface is pressurized into a strip with wood grain decorative effect, which is decorated with waterproof and paint, and is used for the external wall of the steel structure building to achieve a beautiful overlay effect, and becomes the external insulation component of the external wall.
3. High-density asbestos-free fiber reinforced calcium silicate board has non-combustible, high strength, excellent freezing resistance, its material has the natural color board and the whole body coloring board with good durability mineral pigment, through waterproof treatment, its water absorption rate can be as low as ≤2%, and especially suitable for steel structure building exterior wall cladding material. It is recommended to use 12mm thick high-density plate, with stainless steel fasteners installed on the steel structure. Select a plate ≥15mm thick, which can be fastened by the back bolt through the connecting piece and the steel structure. In addition to the insulation material (such as rock wool), there is an air layer ≥50mm between the plate and the inner wall, so that cold or hot air can circulate to achieve energy saving effect.
The natural high density board surface is suitable for decoration of various exterior wall coatings. The whole body of the same color plate, after waterproof treatment, can also provide designers with gorgeous appearance decoration, and can be spliced with other curtain wall materials to play its function.
The exterior wall curtain system combined with the steel structure makes the main structure of the building subject to greater protection, including resistance from wind and frost, rain and snow, cold, heat, radiation and other natural disasters.
