4 High precision requirements


High requirements are required for the measurement accuracy of pay-off and standard office and the position of reserved holes. Due to the factory production, the component size cannot be changed by prefabrication, and the small pay-off size will lead to the prefabrication component cannot be installed, and the large size will lead to too much joint. The elevation measurement also needs to be more accurate. If the elevation of the shear wall is not well controlled, the laminated plate cannot be installed smoothly, or the gap between the shear wall and the plate is too large and the mold needs to be re-supported. When the prefabricated concrete structure is reserved and buried, the position and size of the holes must be accurate, otherwise the re-opening of slots and holes will increase the difficulty of construction and even affect the safety of the structure.
